Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship all over the world! Standard international shipping takes a bit longer than usual, but to compensate we don't charge any delivery fees.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major credit card providers, as well as PayPal. PayPal is used by most reputed online stores today. It is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at our store to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). The Style Basket cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.
How long will delivery take?
Our items are sourced from suppliers all around the world. If we do not have an item in stock locally it will be ordered and delivered directly from our supplier. Delivery times are dependent on many factors, including destination country, weather conditions and in particular delays in customs. Delivery times can range from 5 to 25 days, if you have not received your order by then it has most likely been delayed due to stock shortages or is stuck in customs.
I have ordered multiple items but only one has been delivered!
Your items have been ordered from multiple suppliers and will be delivered separately.
Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?
Yes, the more items you purchase, the higher the discount. Please contact our Sales Department at sales@thestylebasket.com and provide the following information: - The product(s) that you are interested in - The exact order quantity for each product - Your desired timeframe - Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save.
How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit thestylebasket.com and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If we have received payment, your order status will show "Processing".
